Colleen Russell-Rawlins is a sought after leadership consultant and executive strategist with expertise in talent development in empowering organizations and leaders to achieve sustainable success. Over the course of her career, Colleen held a variety of roles such as Teacher and Principal Instructional Coach, Supervisory Officer, Program Specialist, and Director at Canada’s two largest school boards. Colleen has had a lifelong passion for literacy development in schools and community. Now she integrates decades of literacy leadership into program development/review, coaching, public speaking and teaching courses.
