
Michelle Vidad (she/her/hers)
Michelle Vidad is an elementary educator specializing in literacy instruction, curriculum development, vocabulary learning, and culturally responsive teaching. She served as a Literacy Coach (2023–2026) and is the recipient of the Marilyn Lennox Memorial Award (2024–2025) and the ETFO Professional Learning and Curriculum Development Award – Women’s Program (2025–2026).
Her professional interests include early literacy, oral language and vocabulary development, and the use of high-quality children’s literature to support student learning. Michelle has developed and published educational resources for Kindergarten to Grade 3 classrooms.
