Roy Fernandes

Roy Fernandes is a Superintendent with the TCDSB. His roles include Indigenous Education, Equity, Community Relations, and Area 4 schools. Leadership and learning centred in dialogue and transparency is at the heart of his belief system. In addition, he aims to promote the basic idea that when students, staff and communities see themselves reflected and included in the learning that takes place in school, only then can we create inclusive learning spaces. Roy looks forward to sharing stories, resources and philosophies with you grounded in practicality and hope.
