Yvonne Messenger (she/her/hers)
Yvonne is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Studies and the Acting Director of the Brock Learning Lab at Brock University. She has over 25 years of experience as a Kindergarten teacher, literacy coach, and consultant and has taught in both Ontario and Nova Scotia. She is passionate about teaching children to read and write, and to supporting educators as they refine their skills for teaching literacy.
