Larry Swartz (he/him/his)

Larry Swartz has been a classroom teacher, consultant, workshop presenter for more than 40 years. He currently works as an instructor at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto (OISE/UofT). Larry has written a number of publications to support teachers in the planning and implementation of lessons, with a particular focus on choosing and using good books to enrich comprehension and promote a love of reading with our students. Some Pembroke Publisher titles include: Better Reading Now; Write to Read; Teaching Tough Topics and Stop the Hate (with Andrew Campbell).
