Sonya Charal, Bear Clan, Anishinaabe/Cree/Mi’kmaq/French Ancestry. Sonya Charal is the Indigenous Lead Resource Teacher at TCDSB and she has been involved in education for 30 years and actively involved in the Anishinaabe community.
