Sandra Mirabelli (she/her/hers)
Sandra supports preservice teacher candidates at Brock University in developing their Language Arts programs. She brings 30 years of experience in the classroom and as a curriculum literacy lead at both the board and provincial level to her cross-curricular approach to teaching and learning. She is the author of Fail-Safe Strategies for Science and Literacy (2023) and Teaching Vocabulary in the Content Areas (2026) and regularly presents this work at local, national, and international conferences. She is the 2024 recipient of the Brock University Faculty of Education Award for Excellence in Sessional Teaching.
